But then, possibly thinking that their users are getting comfortable with it, they threw a wrench by making 1 OCPU for newer (still non-SMT) ARM types A2 and A4 be equal to 2 vCPU / 2 full Cores. I can't think of a reason for this other than to confuse their customers.
